Update on 2021 Collegiate National Championships and COVID-19
May 5, 2021 UPDATE - Exciting news...The 2020 Loudoun Street Mile (Winchester, Virginia), which will serve as our Collegiate Road Mile National Championships host on May 31 is increasing the total prize purse. With many safety protocols implemented to address COVID concerns, the race will start in waves with an awards ceremony following the event. April 10, 2021 UPDATE -The 2021 Loudoun Street Mile, which serves as our Collegiate Road Mile National Championships host, is on schedule for Monday, May 31. At this time the prize money structure will remain the same as listed and the event will contiue to serve as host of the Collegiate Road Mile National Championship for men and women. January 10, 2021 UPDATE -The Collegiate Running Association (CRA) and our event partners continue to assess the impact of COVID and in consultation with public health officials and our event partners we will determine the fate of our 2021 Collegiate National Championship events in road, mountain and trail running in the weeks to come. At this time, our Collegiate Road Mile Championships (May 31) is on schedule.
